Chef Gianfilippo Gatto has created a balanced mix between typical dishes and his most loved dishes. The names of the tasting menus are inspired by the main gates of the ancient city of Palermo. Porta Felice -the sea gate-; Porta Nuova, the entrance from the mountain to the sea; Porta Carini, the entrance to the historic market of the Cape.

Porta Felice (€75.00) – Porta Nuova (€85.00) – Porta Carini (€70.00)
The Porta Felice route is precisely a menu made up of 6 seafood courses while the Porta Nuova is the Chef’s innovation menu where we will find 8 proposals both land and sea. Finally, the vegetarian menu, consisting of 6 courses where the Chef, inspired by the proximity of the historic Capo market, offers typical and vegetarian dishes.
Dessert is included in all three sensory journeys
The tasting itineraries allow you to savor traditional Palermo cuisine in an unforgettable mix of flavors and aromas. To complete the tasting experience, the chef recommends accompanying dinner with wine tasting (3 or 4 glasses).
