The Cellar of the Restaurant is strictly guarded by the Sommelier of the house, Valentina Crescimanni. It offers a selection of wines ranging from large realities to very small niches of the Sicilian region.
With an attentive palate she selects every day the most suitable wines for the wine pairing for the tastings and the dishes proposed by the Chef.
